In order to have a healthy balance within the hips i created day 2 to offer a sweet balance of strength and flexibility. Just remember it is not how far you can go in your postures or practice, it is how you feel in each moment throughout.

I invite you to join me March 4th for this 5 class Yoga challenge where we focus on the hips. During these 5 days we will dive into strengthening and creating flexibility while working to release stagnant energy built up over time within the hips.
Focusing on the hips will allow for more range of motion and circulation throughout the body, help us release tension within the body, and decrease stress on the spine.
